Product Availability & Lead Times

All High Ground products are stocked in Multicam and Coyote Brown (MARPAT). Other colors (Coyote Tan, Ranger Green, ACU, ABU, Black, etc.) are available for purchase as a special order and may require a lead time of 3-7 weeks pending material availability. If the product is not available for whatever reason, you will be notified within 3 business days from date of purchase with product status. Payment & Shipping Terms

On-Line Credit Card Purchases will be processed upon submission of order. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to ship pending product availability. If order is received after 3:00PM EST it will be processed the next business day.

Our shipping charges are based on standard UPS or USPS Mail rates (where applicable), which are based on package weight, size, and distance shipped. High Ground™ offers UPS Ground, 3rd Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air shipping or USPS priority Mail shipping to all of our customers who place orders to be shipped to one of the 48 contiguous United States. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we use UPS Hundredweight shipping for orders over 100 lbs. for 2nd Day and Next Day shipping, and over 200 lbs. for Ground and 3rd Day. This reduced shipping rate is calculated automatically when an order reaches the appropriate weight. Orders to be shipped out of the 48 contiguous United States (i.e. Alaska and Hawaii) are sent by your choice of UPS 2nd Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air delivery. These orders are not eligible for UPS Ground or 3rd Day Select shipping. We also ship to A.P.O. addresses via US Priority Mail only.

Unconditional Rapid Return & Warranty

The High Ground™ commitment to superior quality and workmanship is backed by our Lifetime Warranty for all High Ground™ products. High Ground™ products will be delivered to our customers free of defects in material and workmanship. Any product found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the customer. The Lifetime Warranty does not apply to items that are damaged from misuse, negligence or normal were & tear. The customer is requested to return any potentially defective product in the condition it was received, along with a written description of their claim, directly to High Ground™ at Customer Service, 4200 Macalester Street, Philadelphia, PA. 19124, and will repair the product or refund your purchase price within 30 days.
